- MTT guarantees are on the smaller side
Inside the client
Why play at Guts?
Guts combines the biggest welcome bonus on our list with the traffic of the iPoker network. New players get a 100% match up to €1,000, released at €5 for every €25 raked over 60 days, and then step into the same loyalty programme as the rest of the network, paying from 10% up to 30% rakeback.
The player pool is fed by Guts' casino and sportsbook, which means plenty of recreational players at the poker tables. Traffic is good and the games are busy at every reasonable stake.
Games
- No Limit Hold'em cash games up to $5/$10
- Pot Limit Omaha cash games up to $5/$10
- Omaha Hi/Lo, Stud, Razz and Draw variants at lower stakes
- A full MTT schedule with daily guarantees
- Twisters, the three-handed jackpot SNGs, with a €12,500 leaderboard
- Standard SNGs with their own leaderboard
The MTT schedule is the quiet strength here. Guarantees are smaller than at the giant networks, but so are the fields, which makes the schedule very grindable with lower variance.
Promotions
Freerolls run regularly and larger tournament series appear through the year. The VIP programme scales rakeback from 10% to 30% based on volume, and weekly leaderboards pay cash across cash games, SNGs and Twisters.
Full details of the welcome bonus are on our Guts Welcome Boost page.
Software
The iPoker client offers straightforward customisation, including table skins and a four-colour deck. The browser client is fully functional and runs on phones and tablets without a download. Multi-tabling is unrestricted.
Cash games are fully anonymous. HUDs such as PokerTracker 4 and Hold'em Manager 3 are permitted but can only track seats within a session, not players across sessions.
Deposits and withdrawals
Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and ecoPayz are accepted, with a €10 minimum deposit on most methods. Withdrawals to e-wallets are quick.
Security
Guts is a fully licensed and regulated operator on the iPoker network. Player funds are held securely, and free-to-play options including freerolls and play-money tables let you try the client before depositing.
Mobile
No native iOS or Android app, but the in-browser client is responsive and supports multi-tabling on tablets.
Verdict
Guts is the best all-round choice on our list for a new player. The €1,000 bonus is genuinely clearable at normal volume, the games are soft, the cashier is conventional, and rakeback climbs to 30%. The only real complaints are the lack of a native app and the modest tournament guarantees.
